Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Evermont International Academy handles personal data submitted through this website.

Evermont International Academy is operated by Evermont International Academy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202637931Z). Evermont is in pre-registration development. A dedicated public contact channel will be published when it is operational. While the website forms remain unconnected, they do not transmit or store submissions.

Evermont does not currently operate an active form-submission endpoint. If you type into a form while that endpoint remains disabled, the information stays in your browser and is not sent to Evermont.

• Institutional updates form: your name, email address, the stakeholder type you select, an optional area of interest, and your consent.
• Enquiry form: your name, email address, the enquiry category you select, your message, and your acknowledgement.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, identification numbers, school records, transcripts, health information, financial details or any document. We are not able to accept or store them at this stage.

This website currently sets no first-party marketing cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party media, and loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from other origins. The hosting provider may nevertheless process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser/user-agent information for delivery, security and operational logging. The production hosting provider should be named here once the live hosting platform is confirmed.

If and when the forms are connected, details submitted through them will be used only for the purpose stated on the relevant form, such as responding to an institutional enquiry or sending requested institutional updates.

The current preview site is not used to market courses, process student applications or collect enrolment fees. We do not sell personal data or provide it to recruitment agents.

Neither form is an application, an enrolment, a course registration, a seat reservation, a priority admission or a waiting-list placement. Submitting one creates no contractual relationship and no expectation of a place, and no fee is charged at any point.

While Evermont's submission endpoint is unconfigured, the forms validate your entries in your own browser and then tell you plainly that the channel is not connected. Nothing is transmitted and nothing is stored. The site will never tell you a message was sent when it was not.

When a submission endpoint is configured, the details you enter will be transmitted to a processor engaged by Evermont for that purpose, and this notice will be updated to name that processor and the country in which the data is held before the change takes effect.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter raised, and then deleted. Update-list details are kept until you ask us to stop, at which point they are removed rather than suppressed.

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to stop sending updates, or to delete your details entirely. Once a monitored contact channel is published, you may use it to make an access, correction or withdrawal request. Until then, the unconnected forms cannot receive such requests.

Personal data in Singapore is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act. This notice is written to be consistent with it. It is not legal advice, and it will be reviewed by counsel before Evermont begins any regulated activity.

This website is written for adults. Please do not submit a young person's personal details through it. If a parent or guardian wishes to be kept informed, they should use their own details.

This notice will change as Evermont's status and website infrastructure change, in particular when a submission endpoint, analytics service or production hosting/privacy contact arrangement is configured. The date below records the current version.
